7:00 to 8:00am, Fri., Oct. 16 for 3-day rider Packet pick-up ONLY at Sunriver Lodge.
7:00 to 10:00am, Sat., Oct. 17 for 2-day late Registration and Packet pick-up at Aspen Hall.

Refund Policy:
Pre-Registered riders who have a medical issue or serious reason
why they are not able to ride will be issued a refund only at Big Fat Tour Director's
discretion. Friends and co-riders who do not have a medical issue
or serious reason to cancel will not be issued a refund and can choose to
ride or forfeit their entry. Cancellations made after the Weather Watcher fee is in effect will not be
eligible for any refund, no matter the
reason. Hey, we're trying to raise money for a good cause, here. Please consider making a donation to or joining COTA if we do decide to give you a refund. Thanks!
